With regard to the measures for handling complaints and resolving disputes related to the financial instruments business (investment management business, type II financial instruments business and investment advisory and agency business), the Company works to resolve complaints and disputes through The Investment Trusts Association, Japan, Japan Investment Advisers Association or Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center, pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations
The Investment Trusts Association, Japan and Japan Investment Advisers Association entrusts their operations for handling complaints and resolving disputes to Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center. Accordingly, please use the following point of contact information for consultations on complaints and mediation of dispute resolution regarding the financial instruments business conducted by the Company.
